The Honorable Paul Binsfeld
Consulate of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg
Paul Binsfeld is the founder and CEO of Company Nurse powered by Lintelio, a leader in workplace incident reporting and nurse triage since 1997. He holds a B.S. in Finance from Arizona State University and an MBA from Business School Lausanne, which honored him with its Hall of Fame Innovator Award in 2012 for pioneering a niche in the workers’ compensation industry.
Recognized as an industry authority, Binsfeld frequently speaks at national insurance and leadership conferences. Dedicated to fostering youth entrepreneurship, he has served on the Board of Advisors for AIESEC.
In 2021, he expanded Company Nurse’s services beyond workplace injuries to include liability, property, auto, student accidents, workplace violence, and more—combining digital technology with “digital empathy.”
That same year, Binsfeld became Honorary Consul of Luxembourg to Arizona and New Mexico, promoting business, cultural, and educational ties. His accomplishments include leading an Arizona delegation to Luxembourg (2023), supporting Arizona’s Space Commission bill (HB2254), and advancing trade initiatives between Luxembourg and the U.S.
The Honorable Diana Bowman
Honorary Consul of Australia
Diana M. Bowman is an associate dean and professor in the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law and a professor in the School of Technology for Public Health at Arizona State University. Dr. Bowman’s research primarily focuses on the legal and policy issues associated with emerging technologies and public health. Dr. Bowman is an Andrew Carnegie Fellow (class of 2018) and serves as the Honorary Consul for Australia in Arizona.
The Honorable Kelly Moeur
Consulate General of Japan
Kelly Moeur’s connection to Japan began in 1973, when he arrived in Tokyo on his 22nd birthday in search of adventure—a journey that sparked a lifelong relationship with the country and its people. He lived in Tokyo until 1982, teaching English and working with organizations dedicated to international cooperation and development. His professional experience in Japan included serving as a language instructor at F.L. Centre Tokyo and Seisen Women’s College, as well as providing training for the Foreign Ministry of Japan and the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), which supports global economic and technical development.
Upon returning to Arizona, Kelly continued to share his expertise in Japanese language and culture. He taught at Arizona State University as a faculty associate in the Department of Languages and Literatures, served as an adjunct faculty member for the Maricopa Community Colleges, and was Principal of the Arizona Gakuen School.
Appointed as the Honorary Consul of Japan in Phoenix, Kelly continues to strengthen ties between Arizona and Japan, drawing on decades of cultural and professional engagement.
Beyond his professional roles, Kelly is an avid gardener, hiker, and traveler. His journeys have taken him across Asia and beyond, with memorable experiences in Nagasaki, the Annapurna Basin in Nepal, Angkor in Cambodia, and closer to home, the Grand Canyon in Arizona..
The Honorable Mikael Örn
Honorary Consul of Sweden
Mikael Örn is the Honorary Consul of Sweden in Arizona and Nevada.
Mikael is the CEO at Malmsten Inc., the US division of Malmsten AB, a Swedish manufacturer of swimming pool and water polo equipment. Malmsten is the exclusive Official World Aquatics and Olympic Games Supplier for Swimming racing lanes and Water Polo goals and has supplied equipment to 11 Olympic Games including Paris in 2024. Malmsten has been selected to provide the Swimming and Water Polo equipment again to the 2028 Los Angeles Olympic Games.
Mikael is a retired IBM Executive where he held many roles as a Vice President in Engineering and served as the Chief Cloud Architect. He is a current board member and founding member of the Swedish American Chamber of Commerce in Arizona.
Mikael won a Bronze medal in the 1984 Olympic Games competing for Sweden in the 400m freestyle relay team. He swam at Arizona State University, where he was the 1983 NCAA champion in the 200-yard freestyle. Mikael was the PAC-10 Swimmer of the Year in 1983 and was inducted into the ASU Sports Hall of Fame in 2007.
He received his BSE and MS degrees from ASU. Mikael and his wife, Kit, live in Fountain Hills, AZ. Their son, Anders, lives with his family in Mesa, AZ. Their daughter, Kaila, lives in Raleigh, NC. The Örn family owns a working cattle ranch in eastern Arizona which is wonderful place to get back to basics.
