Victoria Dowers

Victoria Dowers is the Community Engagement Coordinator at Global Ties Arizona, where she manages community programs and initiatives that connect local communities with international visitors, fostering cross-cultural understanding and global engagement.

Victoria brings a background in marketing and communications, beginning her career in travel PR, and has expanded her global perspective through study abroad experiences in Florence, Italy, and Brasília, Brazil. She also participated in the International Telecommunication Union Youth Summit in Rwanda, where she worked on expanding technology access and communications to strengthen youth community skills and opportunities. Growing up navigating multiple cultures, Victoria is committed to creating opportunities for people to connect globally and build productive international relationships.
