Sebastian Mutu
Sebastian joins Global Ties Arizona with valuable experience from his time as a Public Affairs Intern at the U.S. Department of State, where he supported youth and exchange programs. In his role, he will work alongside Program Officer Paige Holtsclaw to plan and execute International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) projects and other international exchange initiatives.
Currently pursuing a triple major in Data Analytics, Management, and Marketing at Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey School of Business—with an additional Certificate in International Business—Sebastian brings both analytical and global perspectives to his work. His international experience includes study abroad programs in Italy and Spain, which have deepened his understanding of cross-cultural collaboration.
Driven by a passion for international exchange and community engagement, Sebastian is a fantastic addition to the team, bringing fresh energy, insight, and dedication to Global Ties Arizona’s mission.
