Paige Holtsclaw

Paige serves as the Program Officer for Global Ties Arizona where she designs and implements international exchange programs that connect emerging global leaders with Arizona’s professional, academic, and civic communities. With extensive experience in J-1 visa management and the U.S. Department of State’s International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP), Paige advances public diplomacy by curating programs that foster dialogue, collaboration, and mutual understanding across borders. She is passionate about strategic program design, community partnerships, and creating meaningful opportunities for cross-cultural exchange that showcase Arizona’s role as a hub for innovation and global engagement. Originally from Maine, Paige has spent time living and traveling abroad including Japan, Belize, Guatemala, Europe and North America.
