Minky Kernacs is the CEO and co-founder of Mercurio Analytics, a data management and analytics company focusing on helping government agencies address social challenges such as homelessness, addiction, and trafficking. With over 20 years of experience delivering mission-critical solutions to organizations globally, including the Philadelphia Department of Behavioral Health and Intellectual Disabilities, Nike, JDA Software, and Orbital Sciences, Minky is recognized as a thought leader, technologist, and speaker in AI, data science, governance, and information security. Her passion for leveraging data to address societal challenges has earned her a reputation as a visionary leader. Minky's expertise and commitment to excellence inspire innovation, enabling Mercurio Analytics to provide cutting-edge solutions tailored to diverse global needs.


About the Group

Artificial Intelligence (AI) plays a critical role in advancing U.S. economic competitiveness and national security. This International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) project—Artificial Intelligence: Policy, Innovation, and Security—brings together experts from Germany and Sweden to explore the United States’ commitment to private-sector innovation and technological leadership in AI. Participants will learn how federal, state, and local agencies promote responsible AI development to serve the public good. The program also highlights the U.S. approach to innovation policy and AI legislation, fostering a shared understanding of AI’s potential and its challenges across all three countries.

Parking

There is free parking available in the garage located directly underneath the building. The Center is on the second-floor suite above PF Chang's and Culinary Dropout. The entrance door from the street is located between Culinary Dropout and Maple and Ash. Take the stairs or the elevator to the second floor.
